News from Behind Enemy Lines

Tomorrow, December 14th, is the fourth anniversary of the mass murders in Newtown, CT. Contrary to the way this is always written and spoken about, 28 people died that day, not the 26 normally reported. According to the liberal media and the gun-grabbing libtards in the PSRK, only twenty precious elementary school students and their six educators died that day. WRONG! Nancy Lanza was the first victim shot by her son Adam, and Adam himself was the final victim of a self-inflicted gunshot wound as police approached. But as I have said in earlier posts, you can't tug at the heartstrings and call for more gun control (ultimately universal civilian disarmament) if you count all the victims. I have also previously declared that the PSRK is ultimately responsible for all 28 deaths, since it was THEIR failings that Adam was not able to get the mental health care he needed. Tomorrow, from 09:30 to 09:45, the entire town of Newtown will stop. No work will be performed anywhere in town so everyone can sit quietly and reflect. I call bullshit....they want to keep picking at that scab to keep the wound fresh and bloody in preparation for the upcoming legislative session. So, between 09:30 and 09:45 tomorrow I will be shooting in my backyard range. I will fire one round every 32 seconds (28 for the entire 15 minutes) into a old frying pan I have suspended from a tree branch out back. Just to make some joyful noise...the report of the rifle and the clang of the pan. Supposedly, no town employee will answer any phones during that period either. So, if you have nothing to do during that period, feel free to constantly ring the phones at town offices, public works, the schools, etc for the entire 15 minutes. I celebrate the day every year as "National Firearms Appreciation Day" and actually purchased a firearm on this date in 2014.

The other day, Emperor Dannel I poo-pooed the looming $1.5B budget deficit for FY 2017, not as the huge over-spending mess that it is, just that due to the slow recovering state economy, revenues aren't coming in as projected. Is this asshole delusional or what? What a bunch of political double-speak, much like what comes out of his master's pie-hole. In this state, as we all know there is always but one BOHICA everyone! (For those who were never in the military, BOHICA is an acronym for "Bend Over, Here It Comes Again")

The Irony Is Lost On Them

Even with the recent election of Donald Trump, the libtards here in the PSRK are pushing forward with their "sanctuary" agenda. For those that did not know, the city of New Haven, under then Mayor John DeStefano was one of the first "sanctuary cities" in the PSRK. Several others have followed, and now, Emperor Dannel I wants PSRK to be a sanctuary state. Well, I guess he doesn't realize there's a new sheriff in town, based on this little gem in the Wednesday November 23, 2016 issue of The Journal Inquirer. On page 10 under the "State/Region" heading, in the "In Brief" column was the following:

Malloy says state would sue

Gov. Dannel P. Malloy says he'll sue if the Trump
administration tries to withhold federal funds to New
Haven and other so-called sanctuary cities that
refuse to cooperate with federal immigration officials.
WTNH-TV8 reported that the Democratic governor
on Tuesday said any attempt to withhold such money
would violate the law. He said Connecticut would go
to court to protect its rights as a state and to receive
the benefits to which it is entitled. Republican
President-elect Donald Trump said during the cam-
paign that he would "end the sanctuary cities" and
said those that don't cooperate with immigration officials
will not receive federal money.

The irony is, that Emperor Dannel I is claiming the withholding of federal money law violates the law, while the cities (and soon the state) violate the law. Apparently the good governor does not know the Cardinal Rule for receiving federal money, which is; "In order to receive federal funding, thou shall do as the federal government commands!"

I also get a laugh how the state will go to court to supposedly protect its rights, while they also go to court to continually deny our Second Amendment Rights. They think us Patriots ought to just rollover and take it. So as a reminder (it's been a while)....

Oh Boo Hoo Hoo - More 2016 Election Fallout

Here in the PSRK, one of the bluest of blue states, there was no doubt that all 5 commies in the House of Representatives, and Senator Slimeball were going to be re-elected easily. What was in doubt, was the results on a nationwide basis. Well, now we know....A GOP Administration, House, Senate,  many state legislatures and governors, and potential originalist SCOTUS nominees. I knew immediately that meant those seven idiots in Congress that hail from the PSRK were going to be virtually powerless for at least the next two years, and hopefully for many more to come That sentiment is echoed in the AP story by Susan Haigh, the link to the full story is from the Washington Times below.

Some worry Connecticut has lost political clout with election

Being powerless to advance the liberal agenda any further, or stop the GOP bulldozer from pushing it back into the landfill of history forever, they are already trying to gain favor. We know how they operate them, compromise and bi-partisanship means you give in to them. As we have seen with PEOTUS Trump, he has already turned the entire establishment and conventional wisdom on it's head. There will be much crying and wailing from the left. I suggest a few items they and their Demo-Crap colleagues may need:

Post Election Fun Stuff

Twitter is proving to be a great source of graphics to save to my library. Here are a few for your enjoyment.

All the libtards need to do is learn how to spell, maybe they won't be so unhinged.  BTW, there's also an extra "N"

Apparently now, wearing a safety pin on your lapel or chest is a symbol of solidarity with other snowflakes. I guess just like a "No Firearms" sign at the door it WILL keep you safe?

Now we know....Frosty The Snowman is to blame. We just need to keep him away from the turnips, brussels sprouts, beans, and chili.

Islam is a political ideology disguised as a religion. How did we take care of the political ideology that was Imperial Japan? Oh yeah........and Donald Trump did say we were going to "bomb the shit out of ISIS" didn't he?

And finally....GTFO!!!

Happy Days Are Here Again......

....And a GIANT middle finger to Obummer and his legacy of destruction to our country! No Killary
Rotten Clinton meaning a third (or possible fourth) term of The Jackass Obummer. As someone that
lost employer paid health insurance, scrapping Obummercare and making health care what it should
be is high on my priority list. As well as originalist SCOTUS justices, firearm permit reciprocity, the
elimination of GUN FREE DEATH ZONES, erasing the nuke deal with the Iranian islamo-nazis, etc.

The Bush's and the Clinton's can now all just GO AWAY!

Tuesday, November 8, 2016

OK you "Never Trump-er's".....if you held your nose in 1996 and voted for Dole, held your nose
in 2008 and voted for McCain, and held your nose last time in 2012 and voted for Romney, then

YOU will own the presidency of Killary Rotten Clinton and everything that goes with it. Copitulating
to Islamo-Nazis around the world, being weak with Russia, China, and the Norks, a national economy
that is totally down the shitter, a tax bill that will be due over the next 10 generations, and God forbid,
her SCOTUS justices.

Get your ass to the polls and vote GOP down the whole ballot!

Elections 2016

Here's my take on this upcoming election....put Trump in the White House and elect Republicans
all the way down the and including Dog Catcher! Hold the House and Senate, and ensure
your duly elected senators confirm judges that will uphold The Constitution. If there is any doubt
about a judicial nominee, they are to be soundly rejected.

Send incumbent Demo-Craps home, and ALL THE TRAITORS TO THE GALLOWS!

Here in the PSRK, we have been suffering under single party rule for over 40 years. The state
is in a total shambles, and the Demo-Craps only want to do more of the same. While the election
outcome will not be changing the fact that I am leaving for the Republic of Texas, I still have
family here that will continue to suffer under marxist policies of uber-liberals.

We want this......

Certainly not this....

I'll take the guy who has a proven ability to manage a billion plus dollar company, but sometimes
says things that aren't very nice; over the un-indicted felon with a thirty plus year public service
record of failure and inaction that leaves a trail of dead bodies behind.

"At this point, what difference does it make.....?" I'll tell you what difference it makes, BITCH! I
hope to live to see the day you and the rest of the current administration are executed as traitors.

If you have already participated in early voting with a paper absentee ballot and voted for The Whore
of Satan, you can change your vote by showing up at the polls in person and casting your vote for the
entire GOP lineup. You may find you sleep a little more sound at night.

My Apologies To All

Dear Readers,

I am OK. As I have said in my previous post, my shit head former employer let me go right
before our big western trip. I am not even half-way through writing my after action report, but
other things have me occupied right now. I have been busy selling items off and sorting through
more to be sold. My collector car, cargo trailer, and snowmobile are gone. There is much more to
go. I have been searching for a new job to provide income and benefits until spring, when we will
put the house on the market. I want to downsize so that everything we have fits in one 28' box truck.
My wife is now totally on board, and is actively participating in the down sizing. She realizes that
life as we knew it is over, and it's time to GTFO!

UPDATE 10-8-16: To be clear, my after action report has nothing to do with my employment
situation. It is simply a chronicle of our Great Western Trip. My termination was over and done
with on a single afternoon in August. I apologize for any confusion.

Like MacArthur...."I have Returned"

In order to maintain PERSEC, I did not disclose the exact dates of my great western odyssey, but I am mow back at resistance headquarters from The Free States of America. B.W., your after action report on the roller coasters at Cedar Point is forthcoming. While I have LOTS to write about our trip and experiences, I will make one quick announcement here. We planned on leaving Saturday August 20th by 0700 after a quick breakfast. We did....but on Thursday the 18th at 1400 my dickhead former employer (who decided that it was the best time to) let me go. That's right, less than 48 hours before departure. FUCK `'s their loss! Initially, we thought of cancelling vacation, but since we saved up to go, prepaid reservations,  and they paid me for my vacation time....we went! I waited until today to begin to make plans and take steps for our departure. That's right, we now have NO EXCUSE to stay in this God forsaken hell hole of the PSRK, and I can't wait to see the "Welcome to the PSRK" sign in my rearview mirror for the last time. Don't fret though, I will still write about the PSRK with insight from those I leave behind.

Michael Brian Vanderbeogh - 8/10/2016 - RIP

Mike Vanderbeogh, the firebrand inspiration behind my "activities" and the founder and writer of The Sipsey Street Irregulars, passed away early this morning. His long bout with cancer is over, and he has gone to his eternal rest. Although I never got to meet him in person, his loss to me is still a blow.

Rest In Peace, Brother. You are now in a place free of cares and pain.

The Property Ownership Test...Can You Sell It?

I read this op-ed by Jeff Jacoby in my evening newspaper tonight. It echos a sentiment I heard from Dr. Walter E. Williams about property rights when he was substitute hosting the rush Limbaugh Show once. One of the tests of personal property is if you can sell it outright. Some things you can, others will involve state "authorization" or taxation (automobiles, real estate, and in some places firearms). To me, the ultimate piece of private property is my own body. But I guess I don't really own it, because I can not sell blood, skin, bone marrow, a lung, a kidney, etc. Therefore, since I or my estate upon death can not sell my transplant-able organs, they will go with me into the cremation oven intact as God made me. One of the main points Jacoby raises is the fact that everyone involved in the transplant receives payment for services, except the donor or his estate. Not too fair in my humble opinion.

The Haters Gonna Hate

NY Post: Man's Homemade Trump Sign Torched

I have stated before, that Trump was not my first choice for presidential candidate. But since he is the last man standing opposing Killary Rotten Clinton, he is my guy. Especially for his 2nd Amendment stance, proposed elimination of GFDZs, and nationwide firearms permit reciprocity.

I am getting sick and tired of peoples 1st Amendment Rights being trampled by these entitled assholes that disagree with your political view. While I certainly shake my head as I drive down the road and see lawn signs promoting the socialists, I would NEVER steal, burn, run over, or otherwise destroy someones personal property on their private property. I respect their right to be a misinformed idiot and tell the world all about it. I have seen this crap first hand in my town. A guy had a Trump sign stapled to a piece of plywood attached to a tree in front of his house. I went by a few days ago and saw only the torn four corners still stapled to the wood. Some offended little shithead SJW tore it down. When I went by it last Friday, he had spray painted Trump's name on the plywood, apparently daring the bastard to try and remove THAT! I had to do a service call today on Cape Cod, and as usual I take the most direct route through Providence to jump on I-195 east. While on Rt. 101 going through Foster, RI, I passed a house with several Trump signs along the road. They were suspended from boards nailed to trees about 12 feet in the air. Apparently he has had trouble with disappearing or destroyed signs, and that's how he put a stop to it.

The anger on the left has hit fever pitch. They all seem to be out of their f@#king minds between this nonsense, black criminals matter, occupy Wall Street, climate change, etc. The latest thing to be offended by in the past couple of days is the Gadsden Flag. The commies are claiming it now to be racist, because the original designer, Christopher Gadsden owned slaves. I am sure it will be a short leap to claim the same of Old Glory because some of The Founding Fathers were also slave owners.

Fair warning to any SJWs that may be in my vicinity: my Gadsden Flag flies on my lighted flagpole below Old Glory 7/24/365. The sign on the garage door states, "Trespassers WILL Be Shot. Survivors WILL Be Shot Again." Just sayin' is all.

"And Now For Something Completely Different"

My simple recipe for The Captain's Buffalo Chicken Salad. I just made some for our lunch, and thought I would share it.

One 12.5 oz can of chicken breast (I used Members Mark from BJ's) or equivalent cooked leftover chicken breast
Miracle Whip (use mayo if you prefer, but it won't taste as flavorful)
Frank's Red Hot Sauce (and just like the commercial says, "I put that shit on everything!"

Drain and shred the chicken. Out of the can it is pretty chunky so I break it up fine. Add just enough Frank's to fully coat the chicken to the color of the sauce, without adding too much to make it soggy. I suppose if I were a REAL chef, I would give you exact measurements, but I am not. I believe most of my readers to be intelligent and full of common sense. Then add just enough Miracle Whip to bind it together. I hate getting tuna, chicken, or seafood salad out somewhere that has WAY too much mayo in it. We'll usually make wraps out of this with lettuce and tomato to take on our kayak day trips for lunch.

This week I will probably post more pertinent political info from behind enemy lines, but it is Sunday, The Lord's day of rest, and I am not interested in Trump vs Killary crap at the moment. Or the continuing failure of the PSRK.

Sunday Breakfast Post 7-31-16

The wife and I are preparing for a cross-country visit to The Free States of America, towing a camper so we can take the dogs with us. The price to take care of three dogs for the length of time we will be gone would come to about $3000. It is costing half that to rent our friend's camper, and not having to pay air fare (dealing with the dreaded TSA), rental cars and hotels is a big win. More work for sure with the camper, but more money to spend doing things. The best part is the dogs will be with us and properly cared for. Also, they are my alarm system. I will be taking a .357 Magnum revolver with me, since once I get out of NY (only 79 miles across on I-84) I am home free. All of the states we will be going to either honor my PSRK permit, or are Constitutional Carry. I do not see a problem in NY since the gun will be locked away for the duration, and we will not be stopping. We will not spend one penny of vacation money in the PSRK or NY. I usually have enough gas to make it to PA for my first fuel stop.

So where are we headed? Well, believe it or not at our age we are big kids and LOVE amusement parks. We have been to countless amusement and water parks all over the country in our 35 years together. So, the first stop is the premier roller coaster park in the US....Cedar Point in Sandusky, OH. With 18 roller coasters to ride, we will get a 2-Day pass and have a blast. We are staying right at their campground, so the dogs will be attended to when we go back for lunch and dinner each day. We have been to Cedar Point before (back in 2006) and have been wanting to go back. From there, an overnight in Rochester, MN and then onto the Black Hills and Bad Lands of South Dakota to see MT. Rushmore and all the other sites. Next to Yellowstone for a few days, then up to Glacier National Park. A visit with relatives in Montana, and then we begin our long trek home with no plans or reservations. Just driving along, seeing interesting items of Americana and stopping when we get tired.

As I am writing this, The TV is on, tuned to the CBS Sunday Morning show, where they are re-running their program about guns in America. While they say they are trying to be impartial, the slant of the stories tries to make gun owners look foolish for wanting to own such dangerous things. Of course, they are running it post Democrap convention for Killary.

Twitter's Liberal Leaning; No Surprise There

I do not follow the Whore of Satan, but Twitter crams certain tweets at your account anyway. So you send me crap I don't want, I shall whack right back at it.

There have been instances lately of right leaning Twitter users getting kicked off permanently for the content of their tweets, supposedly for violating Twitter's rules and standards. I have seen some of them, and they were pretty tame, but the content was definitely to the right. However, the wacky liberals post some of the most vile, hateful, racist, and in some cases promoting violence tweets you'd ever read, and don't even get a temporary suspension. There was an exchange between such a wacko and the lovely Dana Loesch, where this idiot was threatening her and her children with violence. But I guess that's OK because she is a conservative gun owner.

Therefore, I decided to see how long this kind of stuff can go on without The Captain getting spanked.

A Terrorists Hunting Ground

I had to go up to Boston today to meet with a customer. As usual, if I do not need to bring equipment and tools with me, I leave the company car at the Riverside MBTA station in West Newton, MA and take the Greenline "D" Train into the city. Although it takes more time to get in and out of the city, my boss likes not having to pay $45-$60 for parking. Any time over 2 hours and they whack you for parking the entire day. Instead, parking and round trip train fare costs $11.30. I boarded around 08:30 and thought sure I had missed rush hour. Apparently not.

The train picked up passengers at every stop before Kenmore station , where 3 out of the 4 Greenline trains merge onto one track. Being summer time, I knew the sights (meaning beautiful females in warm weather attire) were going to be great, because I got a sample while eating breakfast in my car in the parking lot. DOH! The first female that got on and sat in my field of view was an overweight, unattractive lesbian. I make these assumptions from my observations, based on 40+ years of people watching. The confirmation came in the form of the rainbow decal on the back of her phone. Nothing against fat chicks or lesbians, but come on....did you look in the mirror at least before you ventured out? Lucky for me, as we made our way to the city, the babes started getting on and off, and I could ignore her until she got off at Fenway. As the train started filling up, the buffer seats between passengers already seated had to be used. As it turns out, the one next to me was the last one in my car. A gorgeous 20 (if that) year old Asian girl decided I was harmless enough to take it. As she went to sit down, the train moved forward, and lucky me....she landed in my lap. She was embarrassed and apologized profusely, but I must have had a big stupid grin on my face as I said, "uh, no problem." She remained in that seat the whole time, still glued to her phone when I disembarked at Boylston Street on the Boston Common.

Which brings me to the point of this post. There were probably four people on the entire train, besides myself, that did not have their face buried in a book, newspaper, cell phone or was sleeping. Many of them were wearing earbuds or even full ear covering headphones. I could have stood up with an ice pick in each hand, and walked the length of the train killing just about everyone two at a time. Who would see me or hear any screams? Everyone on the train would be dead and I could just walk off at the next stop. The lack of situational awareness of people is stunning. While at the station, I look up and down the platform, scanning people and the area. While on the platform, my back is to the wall so no one can get behind me for an assault or to push me onto the tracks. I stand at the ticket kiosk at a 45 degree angle so no one sneaks up behind. The whole time I am on an MBTA train, I am awake and looking around. I try to sit or stand at the end of the car, so I can see the whole length. The actions I may need to take would depend on the situation, but I try to formulate plans for different scenarios. At this point, my only defensive weapon is a blade, but it also has a web cutter and a window punch in case the train wrecks and the doors won't open. Eventually I am going to begin disregarding state lines and carry up there as well.

Lack of Posts

We have been enjoying a great stretch of summer weather here in the PSRK. Therefore, my wife and I, being the outdoors type of folks, have been spending a lot of time, especially on the weekends out and about. Today, we spent the most of the day at our favorite spring-fed clear water lake with our good friends in our kayaks. Paddling, fishing, swimming, and using a small charcoal grill set up on one of the islands, we had a feast of brats and sausage, and washed it down with Sam Adams (a good Patriot beer). It was nice to get away from the computer, TV, and politics to a nice quiet place for a good time.

Their Faces Must Have Melted Off

The Trump Acceptance Speech 7-21-16

My wife and I watched most of it last night, but since we had to work today we shut the TV off and went to bed a little after 11. Here is my take on it.

First let me say this; Trump was not my guy, Senator Ted Cruz was. After Senator Cruz's failure to acquire enough delegates and then not endorse Donald Trump at the convention; well, I must say I am deeply disappointed in Senator Cruz. I hope he can get re-elected in Texas to continue to be an effective US Senator, repair and rebuild the damage to his political capital, and make another run in the future.

When he hit the magic 1237 delegate number, Donald Trump simply became my #NeverHillary vote. After some of his statements about removing most GFDZs, (Gun-Free Death Zones), national reciprocity concerning firearms, and his support of The Second Amendment, he became more than my #NeverHillary vote. Rather than voting against that evil "Whore of Satan", I will be voting for Donald Trump. It will be the first time since 2000 I will be voting for a presidential candidate, rather than just voting against one. For the are my presidential votes since my first in 1980.

1980 = Carter (I was young and stupid, believed the lies about Ronald Reagan starting WW III, and had no real clue about Carter's abysmal record. Please....forgive me.)
1984 = Reagan
1988 = George H.W. Bush (for his war record and the third term of Reagan)
1992 = George H.W. Bush (voting against Slick Willy, but not happy with the "read my lips" lie)
1996 = Dole  (voting against Slick Willy, but liked Dole for his war record)
2000 = George W. Bush (liked W and did not want a third term of Slick Willy or first term of Gore)
2004 = George W. Bush (not happy with W 2nd term, but definitely against the traitor Kerry)
2008 = McCain (against The Jackass, but can't stand the squishy RINO. Held my nose for this one)
2012 = Romney (against The Jackass, but can't stand the squishy RINO. Held my nose for this one)

Now onto the Democraps.....I do not watch the liberal legacy media in any form. But I have to guess that the left has to be in full tilt insanity, and will be for the next few days, culminating in their convention. The Democraps will be in full SJW mode, complaining (which truly amazes me) that more of the damage of the last 8 years needs to occur!

My take away from last night's speech is what needs to be done to repair the damage of the last 8 years, and even going back to the last 50 or so. Trump's speech was totally in their face, and a full indictment of the failings of The Jackass and especially Killary Rotten Clinton. He was saying the things so many of us wished we could have heard loud and clear from the GOP. After all, they were given huge victories in the house in 2010, and again with the senate in 2014, but all we got was squishy nonsense and NO opposition from the likes of Boehner, McConnell, and now Ryan. One of my sayings is "The Democraps want to take the country over the cliff at 100 MPH, and the GOP only wants to do it at 75MPH. No one sees the problem of going over the cliff and hits the brakes!"

God help this country.

"Some Men, You Just Can't Reach"

From one of my favorite movies, "Cool Hand Luke" starring Paul Newman and George Kennedy. Now I know Paul was quite the lib, but he was a great actor and a down to earth guy that I met once briefly before his death in 2009. Here is the whole scene:

Luke would never give up trying to escape, and no matter how badly he was treated, he kept it up, totally frustrating The Captain. The Captain thought if he could just convince Luke to accept his incarceration, it would be alright.

Which brings me to today's post. There was an article on Ammoland that talked about the new gun laws in Kommiefornia. In order for them to be enforced fully, it WILL require house to house searches of gun owners and non-gun owners alike to "find" all the now banned, newly classified "assault weapons" and magazines larger than 10 rounds. As you would agree, a total violation of EVERYONE'S 4th and 5th Amendment Rights. In Kommiefornia, AR rifles were perfectly legal, as long as they had a magazine release that required a tool to use. The famous "bullet button." Also, ownership of magazines holding more than ten rounds were legal to own and use, just no more could be made, sold, traded, or otherwise transferred. Those are now felonies, thanks to the stroke of a tyrant's pen. Read the full article here.

I decided to comment on the article, in my usual support of The Armed Civil Disobedience. Below is the little exchange I had with someone who seems more than happy to bend to the tyrants will. The comments are at the bottom of the article at Ammoland.

Some three word responses to these, all previous, and all future infringements;

Clark Kent says:

Witold P: You forgot the last one: GO TO PRISON. Don’t ‘talk tough’ unless you are ready and willing to do the time….

Witold Pilecki says:
July 20, 2016 at 9:52 PM

Sorry CK. I prefer to DIE standing, exercising my God -given rights to defend my castle, as a FREE MAN…..I guarantee I won’t be doing any “time”. You may want to look up who the real Witold Pilecki was, and learn something from a very inspiring man. Whereas Clark Kent was the “mild-mannered” alter ego of Superman.

You on the other hand, feel free to live on your knees as a slave. Or a troll. Whatever suits you best as someone that is happy with whatever crumbs of Freedom tyrants will let you have.

Clark Kent says:

‘I guarantee I won’t be doing any time’. Famous last words. Stick to predicting lottery numbers, amigo, you will have better luck.

Like the post title says "...some men, you just can't reach." This poor fellow is more frightened of the law and possible prison, than living under tyranny. He is happy to do what he is told (although I doubt he is even a firearms owner), and obviously was never taught about true Freedom and Liberty. He has no clue what is really going on, and how the Armed Civil disobedience is really working, and holding the tyrants from sending the jack-booted goons to anyone's house. I deleted my subscription to the post comments so I don't have to hear any more from this idiot.

The Best Example of "The Double Standard"

From a small newspaper in Michigan, is this letter to the editor. I snagged this off Twitter, so I do not have the date, but I found the name of the newspaper it originally ran in, The Iolco County News Herald. An internet search puts it somewhere between late 2010 and now. It certainly seems recent and topical.

Looking Hard To Find Racism

I know that people aren't on Twitter for any number of reasons, and I can respect that. But sometimes, stuff out there is SO stupid, I will post about it here.

This evening, this post came across from The Connecticut Herald:

So, the elevators are designated by color. Big Deal! There is probably a red, blue, and green elevators too if I had to guess. Here is my reply tweet:

Think about it: white folks can't use it to make a sandwich or toast. White cars, not for sale to black people. The "White Sale" at the local department store.....RACIST! Painting your house white? You might as well make your house number "KKK" and burn a cross on the lawn every Friday night.

Saturday Breakfast Post 7-16-16

Apparently, yesterday's "Day of Rage" that I was sure was going to devolve into "A Night of Riots & Looting", was much ado about nothing.

I for one, am glad. Maybe people are smartening up, and not allowing themselves to be played by the Alinsky-ites.

Another Foray Into a GFDZ (Gun Free Death Zone)

In order to maintain my anonymity, I will have to be kind of vague in this post.

I had to spend a good chunk of today at one of the PSRK's community colleges. Even though the school is pretty much shut down for the summer, there is still quite a bit of activity there. For the amount of time I had to spend on site, there was no way in hell I was going to be unarmed. Once again, disregarding the GFDZ designation and my company's "no weapons" policy, I was armed. Being a warm summer day I wore cargo shorts, a t-shirt, and my Teva sandals. I was pretty lightly dressed since I did this "visit" during work hours, but didn't have to visit any customers today. Therefore, my Ruger LCP with extended magazine was tucked in my right front shorts pocket, riding in a DeSantis Gunhide holster. The spare extended mag in a mag carrier in my left flap pocket. When carrying that compliment, it is all but invisible, and very secure. I was there approximately 5 hours, and there were thankfully, no incidents to report.

The police at the PSRK community colleges have recently been authorized by the PSRK General Assembly to carry sidearms. Most of (if not all) the other colleges in the state have moved away from "Campus Safety Officers" (unarmed security guards), to "Campus Police" with full police powers, tools, and tactics. For some unknown reason, the Hoplophobes in the PSRK were against allowing it at the community colleges, saying the usual "no guns in our school" even though they would be carried by police officers. I passed the Campus Police dispatch desk and stopped to have a conversation with the officer on duty. He told me they were not armed yet, but are going through the processes and should all be armed for the start of the fall session. I told him I was pleased to hear that, and that they had my full support, especially in this day and age. He agreed. It felt kind of strange, me knowing that I was armed and would, if the need arose, attempt to put a stop to any incident in my immediate vicinity, while at that same time, all he could do was call for the local PD backup.

Oh, by the way......that officer at the dispatch desk.....he was black....not that it means anything. Just a fact.

I Gotta Get Me One of These!!

For the next time the local inner city indigenous population decides you aren't working hard enough to keep them in their lifestyle, by blocking the interstate.

I hope they make mounting brackets for a Tundra.

I Was Right, But I'm Not Pleased

At 09:05 this morning, I posted this tweet on Twitter.

It was a prediction that at the Dallas memorial service for the 5 fallen officers, The Jackass would call for more gun control. Well, I guess I was right....apparently, he used the dog-whistle phrase to "end gun violence", which of course means to get the guns out of the hands of private citizens with more GUN CONTROL!

Will this ASSHOLE ever learn? Can he not just go to a memorial for the purpose of honoring the fallen, without further degrading the office of POTUS? People....we have a big decision to make this November, because this cancer of liberalism has got to be cut out of our country like the malignant tumor it is!

Who Is Killing Who....Really?

There is supposed to be a "National Day of Rage" Friday July 15th. Be prepared and stay out of the cities listed. But be ready in case of spillover or smaller spontaneous protests. After all, their movement should really be called #BlackCriminalsMatter because everyone will probably be out to get their free TVs, liquor, cigarettes, food, etc. when the looting starts.

A Must Read Column

If only the "ruling" elites would think seriously about the path they are headed down. That the majority of the country IS NOT an academic institution to implement your theories, or faculty lounge to dream them up. We are hard-working, Patriotic, peaceable citizens.....for now. column by Kurt Schlichter

The best part of it is the following excerpt:

"Have you elitists ever met normal Americans? Try this little experiment. Jump in your Prius and drive to, say, Oklahoma. Go ahead, Google it – I’ll wait. Then find a bar and go in after work. Look for a guy at a table in boots and jeans and a work shirt enjoying a Coors or some other non-craft, non-pumpkin-infused beer. Then tell him this:

“Hey stupid, you’re dumb because your parents couldn’t send you to college. You’re also dumb for believing in Jesus. You’re a sucker and a baby killer for joining the Army and fighting in Iraq. Plus, you have privilege because your great-great-great-great grandfather came from Glasgow. So I’m going to tell you what to do from now on. I’m your boss and moral superior. You’re going to let any dude dressed like a woman into the bathroom with your daughter. You’re going to turn in your global warming-causing pick-up truck. You’re going to be out of your job when we finish off the oil industry. You’re going to give up your guns. And I don’t care what you say about any of it. You don’t matter. You don’t get a say. Also, you’re racist.”

See how that works out, but check your dental coverage first. Now, think about how that strategy is going to work out in our country as a whole."

Finally...The Captain's Manifesto

In a post dated April 22nd (which also happened to be Pagan Dirt Worship Day) I promised to post up something called The Captain's Manifesto. Well, it isn't finished but it is off to a good start, and should give everyone some insight into what I think. It will be a permanent link and near the top of the list for the Web Links panel. Feel free to read it and comment, either on the post or by the email link.

Twitter is turning out to be a huge exposure for me, the blog, and a way to poke a stick in the eye of certain people I despise. Since I do not use my real name (like the famous folks that seem to regularly get in trouble for offensive tweets) it is a long stick. I do not retract ANYTHING I post, and am still hoping to receive some hate for my beliefs. It will be the measure of my effectiveness.

Dallas PD Killings....Get Ready, Here It Comes!

So, this happened in the free state of Texas, where gun ownership of every type is unrestricted. I do not believe that fact contributed to it one bit, regardless of what the anti 2nd Amendment crowd thinks. It is an attitude of war that now exists in the entire country, and make no mistake, it is racially based. Blacks against whites, blacks against cops, etc. the weapons used are incidental. Anyone want to bet against me that all the suspects are black? If people have the perception (as wrong as it may be) that they are the oppressed, then they will fight with WHATEVER means they can. So now, the race-baiter in chief will probably call for martial law and total civilian disarmament. Here me now.....DO NOT PARTICIPATE and MAKE THEM COME AND GET THEM! I still stand by my prediction that the majority of law enforcement and military won't participate, that it will have to be carried out by the plethora of armed federal alphabet agencies. Those people have no clue about illegal orders, and will carry them out because it's their "job". I will have NO TROUBLE eliminating those targets.

Of course, The Jackass, while in another country (the country of my ancestors, Poland), plays his one-note banjo of demanding more gun control. How ironic is that? The place of the Warsaw Ghetto and Auschwitz, which occurred precisely because the population was disarmed by the Nazi's.

A Quick Comment About Killary & The FBI

First, I am totally disappointed in the FBI. I can imagine that the 147 agents that did all the investigative leg work can't be too happy with their leader pissing away all their hard work. Comey is being called to testify before Congress, but I believe he should just be indicted as a co-conspirator instead. Supposedly, there was no criminal intent, just extreme carelessness. To which I ask....if my "extreme carelessness" was to cause the death of another person, do you think for a moment I would not be held criminally liable? If my "extreme carelessness" was to cause pollution on a grand scale, like the EPA turning the Animas River in Colorado bright yellow with toxic chemicals, do you think for a moment I would not be held criminally liable? If my "extreme carelessness" by storing 25 gallons of gasoline in my apartment bathtub, caused the complex to burn down, do you think for a moment I would not be held criminally liable? I could play this game all day long, bottom line that should be glaringly apparent to everyone is set of rules for "them" and another set of rules for us.

How To Create an "Assault Weapon" Out of Thin Air

In less than 5 minutes, using simple hand tools (a flat blade screwdriver, pin punch, and a hammer), you can turn this......

Ruger Mini-14 Ranch Rifle, with 5 and 10 round magazines

........into this! A super deadly machine gun made specifically for the battlefield that shoots 100,000 rounds per minute the entire time while you hold the trigger down, because the clips hold an infinite number of cop-killer bullets.[sarcasm off]
The very same Ruger Mini-14, with added SCARY parts

In reality, all that was added was an Tapco AR style collapsible stock with integrated quad rail, pinned on flash suppressor, vertical forward grip, and a Ruger factory 30 round magazine. No internal parts were added, deleted, or changed. The entire trigger and receiver group drop right in. No select fire switch or sear, so still semi-automatic operation. All these were cosmetic parts and accessories, designed to make the firearm more controllable and a much more stable firing platform. According to the libtard gun-grabbers, this is now the preferred weapon of deranged killers to use at a mall, theater, convention center, gay bar, airport, or the local elementary school like Sandy Hook. I say it is a "Freedom Rifle" that should be kept at the ready for tyrants.

Using the same law that creates an "assault weapon" out of thin air, also makes one that did once exist, DISAPPEAR!

Assault rifle? What assault rifle?

The Captain on Twitter

So, I have been on Twitter since the 28th. I did not realize how complex it is as the first few times I tweeted, I had to delete them because they were misdirected. I am getting better, and slowly gaining followers. There is a lot to Twitter that I probably won't get involved in, like the commercial aspect, just like with the blog. That's not why I am doing it, it is strictly for the two way flow of information, to be used to get this out of control government back under CITIZEN control....where it belongs.

Instead of saying "Happy 4th", I say Happy 240th Anniversary to flipping the bird to a tyrant. King George III thought the Declaration of Independence was just another annoying complaint letter from the colonies to be ignored. That sounds eerily similar to the way The Armed Civil Disobedience is ignored by the tyrants on our own soil. I hope someone on the other side will realize the similarities and smarten up.

The PSRK; Always Finding New Ways To Empty YOUR Wallet!

As gas prices stay relatively low, and fuel efficiency goes up, states like the PSRK that rely heavily on fuel taxes are hurting. Especially when the PSRK came up with the wholesale gas tax which is price dependent. Of course, fuel taxes have not been dedicated to repairing and expanding the crumbling infrastructure for decades, it just all gets dumped into the general fund to help pay for the entitlement giveaways. You know, the giant money-laundering scheme that keeps the single party rule in power in this bluest of blue states.

So, here is their new scheme:
Lawmakers Run Down A "Mileage Tax"
Source: CT Post 6-27-16 by Bill Cummings

Apparently a group called the "I-95 Corridor Coalition" has been commissioned and received funding to study the feasibility of a mileage based tax. Uh....I don't think so! There are many problems with this type of tax, and I'm sure I really don't need to list them here, because my readers are intelligent enough to think of them on their own. I mean really, how would they not be taxing me for road use of a motor fuel I put in my lawnmower? Or conversely, if I don't pay the mileage tax at the pump, then who's to say the ten 5-gallon jerry cans of unleaded I just filled isn't for my lawn equipment? Are they going to replace the gas tax with this? Please....we're still paying a portion of the tax that was levied to pay for The Spanish-American War on all of our telephone bills.

I have a better idea for the PSRK state government.....YOU LISTENING IN HARTFORD??? Follow The Constitution at both the state and federal level. Provide only those services most reasonable people would expect. If you do, your spending problem will automatically resolve itself, and's a big one.....those savings could get passed on to us lowly taxpayers.

The "Handshake" of A Wimp

One way to tell the person you are meeting is a total puss, not a leader, or even a real man, is by their handshake.

Awkward 3-Way Handshake
Source: ABC News

I went to trade school, back in the day when very few girls attended, by their choice. Females were NOT excluded. So it was a very male dominated curriculum, in which the girls that graduated from it did at the same standards. Employers (car dealers, home builders, industry, etc.) were practically lined up at graduation looking for new hires. Pratt & Whitney Aircraft and Hamilton Standard being two of the biggest. I got hired a couple of months into my senior year in my trade, part time after school and on weekends. It was the best high school education ever, and in senior year I was making money and had my OWN car.

Part of what we were taught in our senior year, was how to write resume's, interview for jobs, public speaking, and meeting people. We spent time learning how to meet and interact with strangers. Learn their name, and properly shake their hand. Eye contact with the individual, arm extended at your belly, elbow at a 90 degree, then thrust slightly forward, hand open and thumb up, and using your peripheral vision for final alignment, interlock your hand at the thumb web. You grasp firmly, and give 2 or 3 pumps, and then release. We practiced it until we were all like seasoned business men, making big deals daily. Of course, you must make adjustments for the ladies, because you still want to shake hands like a man, but not hurt them. You only meet and shake one person's hand at a time. I do know a woman, who's a pretty tough broad and quite fetching for her age. When you meet her, you'd better be prepared for her handshake, or you're gonna need an ice pack for that hand. Her husband just steps back and laughs. They are good people.

Which brings us to that display in the video of The Jackass. Here is someone coddled all his life by academics and other limp-wristed ne'er do wells. Never holding a real job, owning his own business or making a payroll. Never had to interview for anything. Never made anything with his hands, and if he ever developed a callous, it would probably mean a tearful ambulance ride to the closest ER.

Say what you will about Trump, but I bet when you shake his hand, you know you just met a man.

More Firearms Lies Courtesy of The Wa-Po

News flash......gun ownership in America is at a 30 year low!!! Yea!! Gun control is working!

Or is it?

American Gun Ownership Is Now At A 30 Year Low
Source: Washington Post

What I want to know is, how does their polls square with this?

NICS Firearm Checks: Top 10 Highest Days/Weeks
Source: FBI Reports and Statistics

Think about it. Did the firearms from the 1980's and the January 1994 high of 53% ownership claim vanish into thin air? Were they turned in and destroyed in a government confiscation or buy back scheme? Neither. While the NICS checks do not guarantee a firearm purchase actually occurred, they many times signify a multiple firearms purchase. So even at just one for one, added to the existing firearms, the number of firearms in private hands is astronomical.

No, the Wa-Po is simply engaging in left-wing anti-gun propaganda. Private firearms are estimated to be somewhere over 300 million. The problem is, in this day and age, no one will admit to owning firearms, least of which to a perfect stranger on the telephone. It is a violation of PER-SEC to disclose such info to anyone outside your closest circle. So, in order to further an agenda, the Wa-Po conducts a poll that they already know how it will turn out. Since they probably call land-lines, they end up getting senior citizens that either truly have no firearms, or are wise enough to lie. They then use that bogus poll as the basis for a "news" story to further the agenda.

Sean Hannity is right, journalism is truly dead.

Balancing The Budget On The Backs of The Deaf

Still not cutting the waste, bloat, or hack jobs. Instead, they offer more of the cuts I have been documenting on my blog.

Deaf and Hard of Hearing Interpreters Let Go

The score so far:

  • Cut lifeguards at state park swimming areas
  • Cuts to cities and towns force cancellation of River Fest 2016
  • The Old State House shuttered as off 4PM 6-29-16
  • State deaf interpreters let go
Giveaways to the city dwelling "non-producers" reduced? Nope! Duplicate or useless agencies full of political hacks reduced or eliminated? Nyet! New mandates funded? Nein!

We'll see how long before the state parks are closed, and state trooper staff levels are reduced.

I Got Your National Day of Action......RIGHT HERE!!

So apparently, today was some sort of gun control promotion day. What a coincidence, I spent the morning cleaning several handguns from the outing last Saturday. If only they knew!
The happy little gun grabbers, falsely tying the militant gay agenda to gun control

A wider shot of the room full of miscreants.

More PSRK Cuts For The Little People

Gotta keep all the waste, bloat, corruption, and giveaways in the PSRK. But today at 4PM, the Old State House in Hartford will be permanently shuttered. The Old State House is a tourist attraction, museum, and classroom. This was just reported on WTIC AM 1080 during the 09:30 newscast. Once again, they HAVE to make these budget cuts, but everything else has to be off the you know why? Hmmmm? Do you?

Because it's an ELECTION YEAR!

Be Aware of Your Surroundings

As was demonstrated yesterday in Turkey, and a couple of months ago in Brussels.....the unsecured areas of an airport (actually any mass transit station) are now a problem. Hundreds of people milling about in an open area, carrying luggage (that could contain anything), with their faces glued to their phones.

LOOK UP PEOPLE! Pay attention to your surroundings. Know where the exits are. If possible be armed, and if armed, be prepared TO STOP AN ATTACK!

The Captain Is Now On Twitter

I have been receiving traffic on my blog, curiously, from Twitter. So, after a brief email consult with a like minded Patriot, The Captain is now on Twitter. If you are on as well, and wish to follow my tweets (which will be slow at first), then follow me @witold_pilecki and the first hashtag #thoughtsfrombehindenemylines

Normally, I shun all social media, and Twitter is mostly a sewer full of what sewers are usually full of. But I have also seen recommendations of using social media for purposes of Patriot communications. If it doesn't pan out I will simply delete the account.

Yet Another PSRK Summer Tradition Falls To The Budget

If you live in the PSRK, then you have probably heard by now, River Fest 2016 has been cancelled. This annual Independence Day celebration along the PSRK River is an all day family oriented event in Hartford and East Hartford. Food, music, entertainment, and the big draw....a fantastic fireworks show at dark. This event is attended by thousands free of charge, and free shuttle bus service is provided in and out of the area. The last time we went was in the mid 90's when my daughter was still young, but we got in and out easily and had a great time. The organizers fund raise all year long to pay for the whole event.....except for law enforcement. And there's the problem. No state police officers available, and state cuts to cities and towns mean no money for municipal law enforcement extra duty officers.

What better way for the ruling elite in Hartford to shit on the citizens, than to cancel one of the premier Independence Day fireworks celebrations, and in turn, shitting on the ideals The Declaration brought forth.

Ponder Me This.....

SCOTUS hands down a 5 to 3 decision today against Texas laws making abortion doctors have to have admitting privileges at a local surgical hospital in order to perform abortions (I 'm sure we can all agree that an abortion is an invasive surgery). The pro-abortion crowd screams that these laws are restricting women's right to an abortion. No....they just ensure that the doctor (abortionist) performing the killing of the fetus is qualified, and if something were to go wrong, you could get to the hospital immediately. The main point here is the state was applying regulations to a right that the Warren Court discovered in The Constitution in 1973. Keep that in mind.

Now let's talk the Second Amendment. #2 in the original Bill of Rights from 1791. Pretty clearly states the right of an individual to keep and bear arms WITHOUT infringements. The same applies to many state constitutions as well (especially the PSRK). However, ever since the NFA of 1934, there have been a steady barrage of "infringements" enacted by the federal government and the states. Somehow, SCOTUS can't seem to have the temerity to take up these cases, and when they do, they have major difficulty following the law. It takes much preponderance and debate and discussion to come up with a decision that even if it's somewhat favorable to the 2nd Amendment, it still turns out to be a watered down, gray area that sometimes leaves us with new questions.

So to sum up, thinking like a libtard means:

Roe vs Wade....SCOTUS "finds" a new right in The Constitution, so this case becomes SETTLED LAW WITH NO CHANGES FOREVER! Even bringing a challenge, whether legislatively or legally, should be met with protest and violence in the name of the right to kill babies.

The Second Amendment from the original Bill of Rights from 1791.....Well, we have to carefully consider what the framers truly meant. True, the 27 words are seemingly simple to understand, but you need to get the nuances of what the authors might have meant. The Federalist Papers just muck it up even more. They could never have envisioned the deadly modern weapons of today, after all, they only had flint-lock muskets and swords. We have to get inside the minds of these 200+ year old, slave-owning, dead, white guys, and try to surmise what they would think if they were alive today? We also must consider public safety and good, whether certain weapons should be in the hands of "common people", where, and when. Don't get us started on certain ammunition. In this case, The Constitution should be set aside or ignored if we can save just one life. What, you think you should own a bazooka, tank, fighter jet, or a nuke?

Since the libtards and establishment RINOs are running all three branches of federal government, and many of the states, with a complicit sycophantic media, there is but one altenative:

Just remember; one of the stalwarts of federal gun control and defenders of abortion, the now consumed by worms Ted (hic!) Kennedy (D) Massachusetts, has killed more people with his Oldsmobile, than I have ever killed with a firearm.

More PSRK Budget Woes For Us Serfs

On tonight's 10 O'clock news, a story just came on about budget cuts forcing cutbacks of life guards at state parks. I mean, you can't really expect a state rife with waste and political cronyism to cut a useless agency, or an important position like, say the 2nd Assistant to The Deputy Commissioner of Policy Analysis and Implementation for Economic Development in Asia.....can you?

No. You must hurt the "little people" who may voice their displeasure at out of control spending. Because we don't understand, it's not a spending problem, it's a revenue problem! Oh, we're just so stupid!

UPDATE 6-27-17 0645: Just now on the PSRK morning news out of Hartford, this report; a four year old child drowned in Burr Pond State Park in Torrington yesterday afternoon. He was swimming in the roped off area with lifeguards present. Lifeguards spotted him in trouble and jumped in to rescue him. He was brought to shore and efforts were made to resuscitate, but the child did not survive.

Do they think on a hot humid day people will not enter swimming areas with NO lifeguards. Again, that will be considered by me more stats for the ever increasing PSRK government sponsored death toll.

A New Shooting Enthusiast 6-25-16

I took one of my wife's girlfriends shooting at my club range today. It was something SHE wanted to do and this had been in the works for quite a while. Her husband, who had not fired a gun since he was young, was supposed to join us, but ended up going in to work. It actually worked in her favor, because she did most of the shooting.

She had never seen a gun close up, never mind handled or fired one. All she knew about guns and those that owned them was negativity, but she wanted to find out for herself. Since parking at the range can sometimes be limited, I picked her up at the local commuter lot and drove to the range. Because there were people already shooting when we arrived, I made sure she had on her "eyes and ears." We spent the first 45 minutes going over range rules, basic firearms safety, and gun and ammo type, design, and operation.

I had her start with a pair of .22's, first my 1935 vintage S & W K-22 Outdoorsman double action revolver. Now before anyone gets on my case about shooting a valuable antique firearm, my guns are all shooters. Because it is a rather large K-Frame, she was unable to fire on double action, so she stuck with single action. Since she was a beginner, we stuck with the 7 yard target stand. It didn't long before she was on the target, and not too long after that she was doing tight groups on center. Her shooting stance all day was "isosceles," which hurts my bum shoulder, so I use a "modified weaver." I had explained the different holds before we started. After the revolver, we went to my semi-auto Browning Buckmark. After a loading and firing demonstration, it was all hers, and she really enjoyed that one.

Next up was my Dan Wesson Model 15 .357 Magnum double action revolver. Again, a large frame, so only single action. I went first so she could see it operate and the recoil. I had her load it with .38 Specials to start. After 4 loads, she wanted to go full size, with the .357 Magnums. The first shot caused a, "HOLY SHIT!" to come out of her mouth, and then she finished the other 5. All six rounds on the paper, and then another couple of cylinders of magnums. She is really enjoying herself at this point. Next up, my Ruger SR9c in 9mm. The controls are similar to the Buckmark, and the recoil similar to the .38 Specials. I demonstrated how to load the mags with the loader tool, load and fire the gun. Once again, she went at the three fresh targets with no problem. We even had a couple of FTF's that had to be cleared, re-chambered, and re-fired. Only one was a total dud  that I will recover the components from.

OK, no more playing around, time to get serious. Out came the S & W Governor (nicknamed "Thumper"), which  I explained shoots four different calibers; .45ACP, .45 Schofield, .45 Long Colt, and .410 Shotshells. I have pile of full moon clips and a moon clip tool, and showed her how to operate it. She loaded and fired it several times, and I shot a good video of her shooting it. Then I demonstrated a cylinder full of Hornady Critical Defense shotshells. I couldn't believe it when she asked to try one. The recoil from the shotshells is substantial, compared to everything else, but she handled it with no problem.

Since she was now familiar with shooting .45ACP, and how to load and fire a semi-auto pistol, I had her move on to my full-sized Glock 21. The only problem encountered was not holding the pistol solid enough to get all the empties to eject over her right shoulder to the rear. She got dinked in the forehead a couple of times. That pistol usually throws them all in a pile behind me to the right. She still enjoyed it.

The last one up was the smallest, my Ruger LCP. I explained that just because it is the smallest, does not make it the easiest to shoot. The .380 Auto is actually a 9mm Short, and the LCP does not have the mass to grip like the SR9c does. I demonstrated first, but I am able to grip it solidly. She found out what I meant. She was puzzled to what would be appropriate to carry? I explained she needed to go to Hoffman's (with someone she knows, because they don't have a lot of patience for newbies) and try some of the different guns they rent for their "10 for 10" rental program. I further explained about taking concealment into account, as well as lethality and what she could handle comfortably. All in all, we were at the range for 3 1/2 hours. I brought four rifles for her to try at the rifle range, but she had to get going to take care of errands.

This was a truly positive experience, and will pay dividends many times over. She will be telling all her friends, both daughters, and has already posted up the video of her with Thumper on Fakebook. I have done this with two other women (and have one more to go) before they took their NRA Pistol Safety Course. To me it is not wise to spend that much money on the course and have that be your first real exposure to firearms. I told her at the start if she didn't like it or wanted to stop it would be no harm no foul. She's already talking about doing it again, but I told her the first time is on me, after that she has to kick in for ammo (at least with adults, kids I let slide).

UPDATE 6-26-16  0645: I wondered about this post this morning and wanted to add the following. This outing, while certainly a way to introduce someone new to shooting and firearms, it is also my way of undermining the libtards drumbeat of, "GUNS ARE BAD! GUNS ARE BAD!" Operating as a "gray man" in the background, I will continue to do my best to defeat these tyrants right where I am....Behind Enemy Lines!

The Petulant Children in The House

After the actions of the PSRK's two senators last week (who shall remain nameless), it is the turn of the five IDIOTS that make up the US House of Representatives to call for TOTAL CIVILIAN DISARMAMENT.

Then there's this, from good ole Charlie Rangel (D) Harlem, NY. More "guns for me but not for thee" ideology.

Interview From The Daily Caller

So here are the photos of the five PSRK traitors in the house. I'll let you look up their addresses in case you care to have a "one on one"

John B. Larson (D) 1st Congressional District

Joe Courtney (D) 2nd Congressional District

Rosa DeLauro (D) 3rd Congressional District

She is the original "Angry Bird" that the on-line game must be based on.

Jim Himes (D) 4th Congressional District

Elizabeth Esty (D) 5th Congressional District

Some things I have noticed and wish to point out. First, the PSRK used to have six congressional districts. As we all know, the number of house districts is based on population. Since one of the original state traitors (Weicker) rammed the state income tax up our asses, the PSRK has been steadily losing population, therefore costing us a seat in the house. The entire congressional delegation have a (D) next to their name, and with maybe the exception of Traitor Himes (who appears to be a rather handsome man) they are one UGLY bunch of miscreants. Remember when our Mom's used to say "your face is going to freeze like that" when we made faces or had a sour puss? Well, I guess Mom was right, because these people are always pissed off and their faces are stuck in that way. I bet I could "turn that frown upside down" with a day at the range!

They are so busy trying to strip away an enumerated right in the original Bill of Rights, yet they call things NEVER meant to be a right.....A RIGHT!

One final thought that demonstrates their moral equivalence reasoning for TOTAL CIVILIAN DISARMAMENT;

More PSRK Traitors

By request for these next two from the comment section of my The Face of PSRK's Traitors post, more traitors to the state and it's citizens.

Michael "KGB" Lawlor; Under Secretary for Criminal Justice Policy and Planning

What a bureaucratic hack title if we've ever heard one. Here is his official state bio. It was he that the quotes about "the aggressive enforcement" of the post Sandy Hook gun laws are attributed. To this date thankfully, the wannabe tyrants have kept in their place with the status quo.

Next up, the state's top democrap! In his "in your face" Sandy Hook green tie, just in case you need to be reminded why you must have your God-given right infringed upon.
Dannel P. Malloy; Governor  (braaaack! the sound of me puking)

I'll add this next one, who truly lives up to his family surname. This is his normal posture for speaking, looking through the top of his glasses and lecturing you on why you are so stupid for wanting to own such a scary firearm. He also gets into full slobber mode, similar to good old Barney Frank.
State Senator Martin Looney; President Pro Tempore

I think that's enough for now. The complete list is on the side panel of my blog, in "The Captain's Free Library." Feel free to look them up yourself. When we start getting visits at 0300 by jack-booted thugs, they may get visits as well, from pissed off Patriots.

Another Deleted Comment.....

This time from Ammoland. So as usual, I will post my comment here, where I AM THE MODERATOR!

Anti-gun Senator Earns 3 Pinocchio's From The Wa-Po For Gun Control Lies

Here is my comment that they obviously thought too strong or controversial to post:

"Wow…..3 “Pinocchio’s” from the Wa-Po.

He and Senator Slimeball (Blumenthal) have each earned a “10 out of 10” Snug Noose Awards from me."

At this point, even Killary is only at about an 8 of 10 "Snug Noose" awards.

UPDATE 6-28-16 1130: My apologies to Ammoland, as I have discovered they did end up posting my comment. It showed up after the time stamps of comments that were authored well AFTER mine. Maybe someone had a change of heart?

Green Light For The Tyrants

I do not have inside information or a crystal ball, but if ever there was a green light for the tyrants to send their jack-booted thugs to your door at zero-dark-thirty....well this could be it.

CCDL Press Release - SCOTUS Refuses to Hear Challenge

They will go after the "low hanging fruit" first, those that purchased their evil black rifles just prior to the April 6, 2013 deadline, but did not comply with the unconstitutional/intolerable acts and register. I hope they understand what kind of hell will be unleashed on the NY/NE area if they do, and will sit back and continue to do nothing. Some may think folks like me are rabidly panting with excitement for such a thing to happen. I am sure there are a couple of nuts that do, but I can assure you....I do not relish such a venture. Having to live off the land and on the run like Eric Rudolph is not something I would take to doing lightly. But if the SHTF....I WILL.

Father's Day 2016

Father's Day is this Sunday the 19th. Happy Father's Day to all the fathers that read my blog.

This is the first year, that I have had non-family members, both male and female, wishing me Happy Father's Day. The first couple of times caught me off guard, but I think it's kind of a nice tradition. I don't know what's driving it, though.

UPDATE 6-23-16: I have been asked about my offspring. We have just the one daughter, and she is a happily married  adult with no kids or her own, yet.

Random Thoughts While Driving

I had to go to a customer site this morning, and had some mindless windshield time on the Mass Pike westbound. I began to wonder.....why am I the way I am? I am hardcore conservative/libertarian, where right is right and wrong is wrong. To me things are black and shades of gray or nuances. But I wasn't always this way.

When I was a kid, my parents and grandparents were apolitical. I never heard anything about voting or elections from my grandparents. My parents told me they were registered "unaffiliated", and were also tight-lipped about elections. I remember asking my parents who they voted for, but they always refused to discuss it.

I voted in my first election at age 18 in 1980. I bought into the media's portrayal of Ronald Reagan as a war monger that wouldn't hesitate to push the nuclear button. Not really knowing or understanding the peanut farmer's dismal record, I cast my vote for Carter. For that bit of youthful stupidity, I apologize profusely. In 1984, I can assure you I did not make that same mistake.

I have a friend that I have known since 4th grade. All through the eighties, he tried to school me on how liberalism was destroying America. I refused to listen, and remember telling him "who cares, it doesn't matter, they're going to do what they're going to do." I remember being pissed at what stuff was costing as I worked hard for what I earned, but I all I could do was bitch. Or so I thought.

During the Gulf War in 1991, I would listen to the pentagon briefings around noon each day. It was either Schwartzkopf or Powell talking about the success of the sorties and such. One day, when the briefing was over, I hadn't changed the channel and this talk radio program came on. It didn't sound like anything I ever heard before. This guy was loud and brash, not quiet and subdued. As you've probably guessed, it was indeed Rush Limbaugh. Funny thing is, he was saying things I was already thinking, but couldn't really articulate. He didn't tell me what to think, he helped me put into words and coherent thoughts my own ideas about things. I have been listening ever since.

I listen to Conservative talk radio all day long when I can. Either "Sound Off Connecticut" with Jim Vicevich or Glenn Beck from 9 to 12. Rush from 12-3. Sean Hannity from 3 to 6, and finally "The Great One" Mark Levin from 6 to 9. They all pretty much say what I am thinking and agree with me, which makes them all pretty smart I guess.

Only the libtards are "mind-numbed robots" that need talking points or marching orders.

Another thought from the road....I have been seeing a lot, and I do mean a lot, of military convoys lately. Now, I don't believe there is some kind of secret in-country military build up. We used to see these convoys all the time, but with two war fronts from 2001 to about 2012, most of that gear was in the rock pile or the sandbox. Now the equipment and troops are here, and since it's summertime, the National Guard and Reserve troops are heading for their two week Summer Camps. I can't get used to those commie looking transport trucks. Gimme an old deuce-and-a-half or a 5 ton any day. At least the silhouette is more distinguishable. I learned to drive a deuce the old school way. My instructor was this bear of a man....SFC Bill Constant. Billy was one of those guys in my reserve unit that was a Viet Nam vet serving out his time to 20 year retirement. I had never double-clutched a standard before, but he taught me well. Every time I ground the gears, got stuck in "Georgia Overdrive", or jack-knifed my trailer, I got punched.....HARD! He turned my right arm into tenderized meat, but I learned. I never got mad at him or held a grudge, because that was just his way. He was a great guy and one of those that I served with that I miss to this day.
